  • Expanded review of exterior surfaces and access points

  • Awareness of observable activity or conditions in the immediate vicinity of the home that could reasonably impact the property.

Interior Inspection

  • All Platinum coverage interior checks, plus:

  • Additional attention to areas prone to leaks or moisture

  • Monitoring of system irregularities over time

  • Priority escalation if urgent conditions are identified

  • Light watering of owner-designated interior plants when requested. Plant care beyond basic watering is not provided.

Vehicle & Garage Asset Oversight

  • Visual check of vehicles stored on the property for obvious issues such as fluid leaks beneath the vehicle.

  • Monitoring of general vehicle condition (flat tires, damage, or unusual conditions).

  • Garage condition checks

Emergency & Issue Coordination

  • Priority notification when urgent issues are observed

  • Coordination with contractors, service providers, or utilities and verification that owner-scheduled services (e.g., pool or landscape care) occurred

  • On-site access for vendors as needed
